Founded in 2020, Woodhouse Contracting Ltd. has grown into a trusted name in construction across the West Kootenay region of British Columbia. What began with small-scale renovations and decks has developed into a reputable company powered by our founder, Luke Woodhouse and a crew of highly skilled carpenters known for delivering quality work and dependable service.
We take pride in delivering exceptional work while supporting the local economy and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers, trades, and partners. Whether it’s a family home or a large-scale commercial development, our goal is always the same: to create spaces that reflect the heart and character of the communities we serve.

About the Owner
Luke Woodhouse
Luke is a Rossland, BC local and Red Seal Carpenter with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Leadership and collaboration are where Luke shines. He guides the team to succeed, ensuring each project is completed to high standard, building lasting relationships with his customers.
With deep family roots in the Kootenay area, Luke understands the unique needs and vision of the residents and local business owners in the area. You can trust that Luke will provide recommendations for your project with your best interest in mind, every time.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys the outdoors – fishing & camping on Kootenay Lake and travelling the world with his wife, Faye and their dog Barry.
